Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Aura Ceylon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase or gift. Below, you’ll find our policies for returns, refunds, and exchanges for online purchases made at aura-ceylon.com.
To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be in new or gently used condition, and returned with their original packaging along with proof of purchase.
All product must be in its original packaging (container plus box if applicable) and should be unmarked and not broken or defaced in any manner.
Special offer or discount given at time of purchase, if any will be adjusted when refund is processed.
All returns are subject to validation and approval at AURA CEYLON’s discretion.
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.
Online Purchases
Online purchases can be easily returned to our AURA CEYLON address for fast processing.
We regret we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.
Items purchased online will not be refunded after 21 days from the purchase date.
Please allow 14 working days for your return to be processed (subject to availability of stocks)
Please send email to support@aura-ceylon.com to inform us of the product return. Following information must be in your email: Name of purchaser, date of purchase, invoice number, amount on invoice, Names and number of item/s being returned, reason for return.
Product replacements and refunds will be processed, after we receive the product to our address.
Items mailed/posted to AURA CEYLON outside of the returns window, not in new or gently used condition, without its original packaging and without proof of purchase, will not be credited back or returned to you.
International Returns
Refund/ Return Policy does not apply for International orders due to cross border customs and duty restrictions.
However, if a refund/replacement is required due to product defect, AURA CEYLON will bear the cost of shipping from Sri Lanka to the destination of the customer – as per the original invoice. Please send email to support@aura-ceylon.com to inform us of the product return. Following information must be in your email: Name of purchaser, date of purchase, invoice number, amount on invoice, Names and number of item/s being returned, reason for return.
